The Friends of Berkeley Animal Center is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization established to support the needs of Berkeley Animal Center in SC. Only by bringing together hardworking volunteers, a caring community, and generous donors are we able to accomplish our goals! Our volunteer-based group works tirelessly to fundraise, organize events, recruit shelter volunteers, promote public education and awareness, and encourage community and business involvement.
We are on a mission to:
- educate the community on the many ways they can help
- increase the adoption rate
- provide medical assistance funding to help sick or injured animals
- support spay/neuter
- support the newly established Trap/Neuter/Vaccinate/Return program
